Can someone tell me the first paragraph of Dil's book in To Kill a Mockingbird?

Dill's book, The Gray Ghost, which
Jem later wins on a bet, was a  children's novel written by Robert F. Schulkers. It,
like the 10 others of the series of novels he wrote, featured Seckatary Hawkins as the
main character. Schulkers' books were popularized on syndicated NBC radio broadcasts and
by a number of "Seckatary Hawkins clubs" which formed in many larger American cities. At
the end of the novel, Scout finds Atticus reading from the book at Jem's bedside after
he is attacked by Bob Ewell. Atticus is persuaded to read to Scout, who "willed myself
to stay awake" until she awoke to find herself in Atticus' arms as he carried her to
bed. Sorry, but the first paragraph of the book does not appear in To Kill a
Mockingbird
, and I have not been able to locate a copy of the novel
online.
