Simplify (a^2b^0c)^0 x^-2y^3 3x^-2 n^2/n^-3

1.
Simplify `(a^2b^0c)^0`

Anything to raised to the zero is
equal to one, so the answer here is 1.

2.
Simplify `x^{-2}y^3`

We can write `x^{-2}` as
`frac{1}{x^2}` ,so this simplifies to `frac{y^3}{x^2}`

3.
Simplify `3x^{-2}`

Same strategry as in #2, this simplifies
to `3/x^2`

4. Simplify `n^2 /
n^(-3)`

Here we use the rule `x^a / x^b = x^(a-b)` , giving
us the simplified result `n^5`
